Lacey Kurtz created Core 6 Pilates to
provide one-on-one, private Pilates sessions that are tailored specifically to your body, needs and goals.
Pilates is a low-impact workout that trains the body as an integrated whole. In Pilates, we emphasize mind-body connection, balanced muscle development, strength, flexibility and improved functional movement patterns.
Pilates focuses on learning how to move better and bringing those learnings into everyday life. You'll leave each session feeling longer, stronger, more connected to and empowered within your body.

Situated on a quiet residential street, our in-home studio is a private and welcoming space for you to develop your Pilates practice, through one-on-one, personalized attention.
The studio provides special touches such as towels, bottled waters and items to freshen up with after each session.
